We found Gens Luxury Suites to be a hidden gem near Piazza Navona. The location was perfect for exploring central Rome, and the suite we stayed in was beautifully furnished and decorated. The staff, especially Sara and Luis, were friendly and went above and beyond to help us. We also loved the old-fashioned elevator and the nearby dining options. we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel.

Worth its 3 stars. We liked the affable staff and the location was really nice. We had goodies and coffee at Jazz Cafe, it was located minutes away from the venue...

Good location in the heart of the city, within short walking distance of key attractions. Modern and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff who offer great recommendations for restaurants and bars.
The place is starting to show some wear and tear, with some maintenance issues in the bathroom and wardrobe. The shared facilities are a bit gloomy and enclosed, and the noise from the streets can be heard loudly inside the room.

This hotel is situated in an ideal location, in the middle of the Navona area, and within walking distance of all attractions. Guests can also check out the little coffee shop across the road. the rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable.
One of the downsides is that some guests reported that the bathroom flooded while showering.
